They were able to contact a doctor technician who was able to make adjustments on my hearing aids to lower high frequencies & I didn't know that was possible.

The folks at this location are caring and knowledgeable about the various kinds of hearing issues. I appreciate how willing they are to work *with* patients, not just push products at them.

Rachel Sours was very personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel totally at ease from the beginning. She explained everything as the appointment progressed. I would highly recommend this office.

We Did not have an appointment, but they were willing to to take a look at my hearing aids and agreed to repair them. Wonderful ladies.
